Overview

Kirala is a digital platform designed to improve how users discover, evaluate, and interact with products in the sharing economy.

The goal of the project was to create a seamless and intuitive marketplace experience that makes browsing, comparing, and decision-making easier.

My Role

I led the UX/UI design of the platform, focusing on building a clean, scalable, and user-friendly marketplace experience.

My work included designing product discovery flows, improving navigation, and creating a consistent visual system.

The Problem: Complexity & Decision Fatigue

Users often struggle to make decisions in marketplace environments due to too many options and unclear product information.

Key challenges included:

  • Difficulty comparing products
  • Lack of clarity in product details
  • Overwhelming number of choices
  • Inconsistent browsing experience

The Solution: A Clear and Structured Marketplace Experience

I designed a streamlined shopping experience focused on clarity, usability, and decision-making.

Key improvements included:

  • Clean product listing and filtering experience
  • Structured product detail pages for better comparison
  • Simplified user flows from discovery to checkout
  • Clear visual hierarchy to reduce cognitive load
  • Consistent and scalable design system

Outcome

The final product provides a more intuitive and user-friendly marketplace experience.

By simplifying product discovery and improving clarity, users can make faster and more confident decisions.
